How the Saxon reports, the traffic is led via the signposted diversion U16, which begins at the Dresden-Gorbitz junction and leads via the Dresden city area to the Dresden-Südvorstadt junction. There is the possibility to get back onto the A17.

Remember that this detour transition could cost additional time in the main traffic time - so it is better to start a little earlier! By the way: Only recently was the A17 tunnel chain closed due to technical disorders in power supply. This block also affected the tunnels Coschütz, Dölzschen and Altfranken in both directions. Fortunately, the disorder could be quickly remedied, as the Radio Dresden reported.
