The successes in women's football shine in blooming colors! Last Whit Monday, the championship ceremony took place for SV Eintracht Leipzig-Süd, who secured the title in the women's regional league with an impressive 13-0 win against Chemnitzer FC. A sporting event that put not only the players but also the fans in a celebratory mood. But the train is not stopped; Leipzig-Süd can now look forward to the promotion games to the NOFV regional league. The first game against FSV Babelsberg 74 ended in a 1-1 draw, with Maleen Jankowski taking the lead in the 39th minute before Jenny Leonie Löwe equalized in the 83rd minute.
The second leg in Babelsberg on June 15th brought the longed-for decision: Leipzig-Süd won 4-1 after a 0-1 deficit. This means the club is firmly in the NOFV regional league for the coming season, a big step for women's football in the region. The champions of the B juniors
But it's not just the first women's teams that show brilliant sporting achievements. The B juniors have also completed their championship. The 1. FFC Fortuna Dresden celebrated the championship title with a 7 point lead over Bischofswerdaer FV 08. With 21 wins and only one draw from 22 games, the success for the Dresden team is considerable. The last championship ceremony took place on June 14th and underlined the dominance of 1. FFC Fortuna this season.
About the Ü 32 and D juniors
And the over 32 women also showed their skills at the tournament on June 14th in the Heidenauer Sportforum. In summer temperatures, four teams fought for the title, which ultimately went to SpG SpVgg. Dresden-Löbtau/Löbtauer Kickers went. This team has now qualified for the NOFV-Ü 32 Cup and can look forward to more exciting encounters!
Last but not least, the D-Junior national championship took place on May 24th in the Auenstadion in Flöha. Here SV Ludwigsdorf triumphed with 5 wins and a goal difference of 17:1. Chemnitzer FC secured the silver medal, while Bischofswerdaerinnen took third place.
