The result will be announced before the start of the new semester, which begins in a few weeks.
The focus of the discussion is primarily on two popular districts: theSouth suburband theNeustadt. - Striesen: Der grünste und ruhigste Stadtteil, der nahe Blasewitz liegt, bietet schicke Altbauten und viele WGs. Er besticht durch die Nähe zum Medizinercampus und zur Elbe. Hier liegt der durchschnittliche Mietpreis bei ungefähr 8,00€/m².
- Löbtau: In Löbtau finden Studierende eine ruhige Umgebung mit direkter Anbindung zur Universität. Die Mietpreise sind mit etwa 7,40€/m² moderat, und die Tharandter Straße bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit der Buslinie 61 erreicht man die Universität in nur 7 Minuten.
