Macarons and wine: Piescher Pâtissière delights with new creations!

Over the last few months, an exciting collaboration has developed in Pieschen, delighting both foodies and entrepreneurs. Maria Krauß, a talented pâtissière who runs her own pâtisserie at the Trachenberge tram station, has been cooperating with Uwe Sochor, the owner of the popular French shop “Savoir Vivre”, since the beginning of the year. This connection, which originally came about through an exchange at a business meeting, brings handmade macarons from Krauß's “Dessert Atelier” to the shelves of “Savoir Vivre”.

Krauß, who was trained at renowned culinary academies, has already pampered many palates with her pâtisserie. Their range includes delicious macarons in unusual flavors such as “pistachio raspberry”, “black currant” and “dark chocolate”. In the future, she is also planning savory versions with “Roquefort” and “goat cheese”. These new creations are sure to provide many surprises and invite people from Pieschen to try something new.

Networking and culinary delights

A central point of the cooperation between Krauß and Sochor are the regular business meetings that Sochor organizes around five times a year. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity to network and discuss local issues. The meetings are traditionally accompanied by cheese snacks and light wine, so that participating business owners can experience not only good ideas but also culinary delights.

Anyone who would like to learn more about the art of baking macarons has the opportunity to take part in her popular baking courses at Krauß. These courses are a hit and offer not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience. The goal: to conjure up perfect macarons yourself. Anyone interested has the opportunity to register in advance and secure their place - registration must be made via the website and will be confirmed after booking.

Their long-term vision of opening their own café could soon become a reality, especially with the support of Sochor and the network they are building together.
