Here an apartment on Alexander-Herzen-Straße fell in full fire on Friday around 1.30 a.m. The 80-year-old resident, against whom it is now also being investigated for negligent arson, had saved himself onto the balcony when the fire brigade arrived. An 83-year-old resident of the apartment above suffered flue gas poisoning and also had to go to the hospital. Thanks to the support of the police, all other residents were able to leave the building unharmed. After the extinguishing measures and malicious gas measurements, the residents were finally allowed to return to their apartments.
