The Canaletto City Festival has the city of Dresden firmly under its control. From August 15th to 17th, 2025, more than 500,000 guests will flock to the Saxon capital to experience the city's largest open-air event. Under the motto “Dresden Dances”, the old town and parts of the new town – including the old market, the Zwinger, the Neumarkt and the main street – will be transformed into a colorful festival.
